Bog mats lay under vehicle wheels to prevent them from getting stuck in bogs and swamps. They are hardwearing to withstand the weight of large utes and tractors, but their small size makes them perfect for keeping in the boot while not in use.

Mines, event locations, and construction sites all need heavy-duty bog mats to prevent damaging the area. Without the right support, the following vehicles would quickly become stuck and damage the soft ground:

Plastic ground protection matting

Matshop’s bog mats are made from semi-rigid, hardwearing HPDE plastic. Semi-rigid materials are flexible enough to fill gaps as needed but strong enough to hold up to 60 tonnes of vehicle weight.

To make these bog mats go even further, spread the weight of your vehicles across multiple mats. The HPDE plastic is also UV-resistant, so the bog mats will be working as hard as you in the sun all day without deteriorating.

Despite their strength, these ground protection mats are only 2400mm long but can be linked together to be larger. Choose from 600mm and 1200mm widths depending on your need! Because of their small size, bog mats can be easily stored in the back of your ute, car, truck or tractor and taken out when needed.
