Our Returns Policy

If any product you purchase from us is faulty, damaged (through no fault of your own), not fit for its usual purpose, or you have simply changed your mind, we will happily exchange it or refund as long as the product has not been used in any way and that it is returned in the original state that the item was received in, If you decide to return the item, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods to Matshop. The goods must be returned in New condition in which they were sold

If the product has been received damaged or with any manufacturing defects please notify [email protected] and do not place the mat into service or use.

How to complete a return:

  • Simply email [email protected] a requesting a return, in this email please attach your receipt of purchase and include a note of the item/s that you wish to return.
  • A Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form will be returned via email along with details of how the goods will be picked up from you.
  • Our internal returns department will arrange for collection of the goods at a convenient time for you and our transport partners.
  • When we have recieved the return back into our warehouse you will be issued a credit to you the same way that you have paid. 
  • So how long does this take? After the form is completed we will pick up the goods the next business day, from the time it is picked up to the time we have recieved it back into our warehouse for credit will be the same transit time as was delivered to you. We will process the credit the day that we reciept the goods into our warehouse.

General Points

  • No receipt of purchase? No problems, if your product has not been used and is in saleable condition we'll gladly offer you an exchange.
  • Please retain your original packaging so that the goods being returned can be sent back to us in the original packaging
  • Please choose carefully when ordering custom made items. As these items are customised to your specifications,we are unable to offer a refund.
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser for change of mind
