PVC Loop Pile Indoor or Outdoor Custom Printed Logo Mat
This logo mat is suitable for use in indoor or outdoor applications. The hardwearing loop pile pattern (or commonly known as Spaghetti pattern) is designed to scrape and clean dirt, sand, mud and other debris from the shoes to prevent it from being tracked into the facility. If you are looking for a mat to be placed at the Entrance to a large shopping centre or commercial building we have high traffic logo mats that are designed to stand up to the demands of heavy foot and wheeled traffic.
With a range of different printing methods our printed mats can be printed onto Nylon providing an absorbent and lasting image and backed onto a rubber backing to ensure that the mat remains flat, this method allows the mat to print in full colour and the denser carpet qualities allow a photograph to be reproduced. For an image that will really stand out and is the sharpest method of all, the Crisp Imprint is flocked onto the surface of a floor mat which mats a sharp and long lasting mat for medium traffic applications, this option is most suited to simple logos and up to 4 colours is possible on these mats. Graphic inlay logo method is designed for high traffic environments, this is where solution dyed carpets are set into the mat then pressed together for a permanent bond, this method also allows for a sharp logo and it will not fade or discolour over time, colours however are limited in this version to standard colours. Or for a full colour mat that will print just like a photograph the sublimations mats mean that virtually any image is available on the mat. This method is printed off in full colour matching your image exactly then pressed into a rubber material or a polyester surface which is bonded to a rubber backing.
