Both sides of this safety mat are finished with a texture that prevents the mat from moving on many floor surfaces including greasy work areas and the level surface provides a sturdy and safe work area. All sides of the mat have bevelled edges that keep the mat flat and to reduce the risk of a trip hazard. This edging is available in safety yellow on the longer sides as an option.

Made from pure Nitrile rubber foam, this mat has a unique closed cell construction meaning that the mat will not absorb liquids, this product is safe to use in environments that are either wet or dry. An anti-microbial additive is also added to the mat making is safe to use in sterile areas or food preparation environments to prevent growth of bacteria or other microbes that effect the life of the mat or may create a health and safety hazard. As this ultra comfort mat has a level surface and base it makes cleaning and maintaining the mat extremely easy. The mat can be swept clean, moped with a mild detergent solution or even autoclaved when used in a sterile environment.
