The nitrile surface ensures traction to prevent slips as well as being flexible to allow the mat to sit flat on the floor.
The High Comfort Durable Heavy Traffic Anti Fatigue Mat has a unique quilted nitrile rubber surface which has excellent anti slip properties. Nitrile rubber is resistant to grease, oil and other chemicals, making it perfect for kitchen and bar areas.
Nitrile rubber does not have a memory after being rolled up like common rubber, so it will always remain flat for the entire life of the mat. It will also never crack, curl or become a trip hazard.
The quilted nitrile rubber surface is bonded to thick, closed-cell PVC foam. The closed cell foam means that it will not absorb liquids like a normal sponge. The overall thickness is approximately 15mm, which provides excellent anti fatigue relief to workers at checkouts counters & production lines.
This mat is suitable for high traffic applications where staff are required to stand for long periods of time. Providing staff with anti fatigue matting increases their productivity and satisfaction.
