In-stock items ordered by 2:00pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day on our express couriers. Custom-made mats are excluded — their lead times are listed on each product page.
We deliver to every physical address in Australia our carriers service. Because mats are large and bulky, we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Freight charges
Shipping for online orders is calculated at checkout. Freight is charged per shipment — splitting an order or delivering to multiple addresses incurs additional charges.
In remote or regional areas where delivery terminates at the nearest service centre or depot, collection from that point is arranged at the customer’s cost.
