How the guarantee works

• Send the details of the comparable product — a link or a written quote — to mail@matshop.com.au, or call us on 1300 628 746.
• We’ll confirm it’s a genuine like-for-like match on size, thickness, material and warranty, then better the price.
• Already ordered? The guarantee stands for 45 days after purchase — if you find it cheaper after buying, we’ll still make it right.

The only exclusions are liquidation stock and factory seconds. We compare against products sold new with a comparable warranty, because that’s what we sell.
