The Custom Size Nylon Carpet Surface Custom Printed Logo Mat can be custom made to your required size to allow your mat to fit perfectly in the required space. Each mat is finished with a durable rubber edge on all sides to keep the mat flat on the floor unless it is to be recessed where the mat will be cut and finished so that the carpet finishes at the edge. Inkjet printing method is used in this printing process, this way the colour penetrates the entire fibre going from the surface to the rubber backing. This gives the mat a long life and keeps the mat looking pristine for its entire life. Made from a hardwearing Nylon twist carpet surface bonded to a nitrile rubber backing, this material will work to clean and dry feet as they pass over the mat keeping the floors clean, dry and safe. The edges are reinforced with double thickness rubber to prevent them from curling up and creating a trip hazard, the backing has a dual zone gripper pattern that is able to hold the mat in place on a variety of different floor surfaces preventing the mat from moving around. All custom made mats are finished to size in the factory to ensure they are guaranteed for the life of the mat and will not fray. This mat is easy to clean, simply vacuum regularly to remove dirt and debris build up. They can also be fully machine washed as well to prolong the life of each mat.
