Shipping & Delivery

Mat Shop will endeavour to ship within 24 hours of receipt of order with payment pending the item being in stock. While method of delivery will be at our discretion, there will be a flat delivery charge of just $20.00 per order. Any claims for goods received as damaged should be lodged with Mat World within 24 hours of receiving goods and Mat Shop will then advise of method to return goods for exchange. Goods that are received damaged will be exchanged but there will be no refund.

Privacy & Security

The information that we will collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered. Our system will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. However, our systems will not record any personally identifiable information.

If you decide to complete an online order, the information that you enter into the online form will only be collected by us if you submit your order.

We may occassionally forward information regarding our product range or security alerts to email addresses in our database

Cookies

We use "cookies" only if you come from an external source. A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your computer by our web page server. A cookie can later be retrieved by our web page servers. No personal information is collected with this cookie.

Mat Shop uses cookies for one purpose to store the affiliate number. we do not store any personal information in a cookie. Cookies are used by the web server to store information in Session Variables.

Sessionvariables reside on the web server for a short period of time (about 10 minutes). Accordingly, if you wish place an order, it is required that you accept cookies.

You may still be able to use some information-only pages even if you do not accept cookies.

How we handle E-mail

We will preserve the content of any e-mail that you send us, if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. Your e-mail message content may be monitored by our employees for security issues including where e-mail abuse is suspected; our response to you may be monitored for quality assurance issues.

We declare that no information volunteered to us will be divulged to ANY third party, and that all information will be used solely for our own customer service purposes. As a customer of ours, you will find that we are secure, reliable, and discreet. We do not distribute our customer's email addresses to anyone. You will never receive spam, junk email or any other unsolicited advertising from anyone who was given your email address from us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Mat Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.

We do not currently accept international wire transfers or Smart Cards. We are unable to apply any other payment method not listed above.

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. Mat Shop does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

We do offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. If you are purchasing items for a corporation or institution, please contact our friendly Customer Service Staff for more information.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

Viewing Orders

An order can be viewed by clicking on the my cart tab, located at the top right hand side of the page.

Updating Account Information

In order to update account information, click on my account, log in using your current email and password. This will take you to a menu which allows you to edit and update any account information.
